About Ready.Set.Include.

Ready.Set.Include. was created through Backswing, a SydWest initiative supporting people with disability from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in Western Sydney.

The website was co-designed by Backswing participants with lived experience. Together, they developed five practical tips to help employers create a more inclusive and supportive start for new employees.

This project was funded by the Australian Government through the Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) program.
